Amber Aziza learned every facet of a successful and engaged workforce and used her skillset to build two Award-Winning Training and Development Departments. Being recognized internationally as “The Millennial Whisperer” for her unique ability to engage Millennials within the workforce.

After over 10 years, Amber Aziza had graced the teams of AIM Healthcare, OptumInsight, Advance Financial, and more. She left the corporate arena to begin her own business, The AG, a firm dedicated to bridging the gap between Millennials and the corporate workspace. After selling The AG’s book of business, Amber began building Amber Aziza Enterprises, a conglomerate of companies dedicated to helping small business owners and venture capitalists to tap into their fullest growth potential by bolstering their operations and processes.

It wasn’t long before she missed the excitement of the “people side of business” and shifted her focus back to transforming workforces, changing Amber Aziza Enterprises’ name to AAE Corporation. Through AAE, Amber and her team of global consultants and experts has quickly become the secret weapon of some of your favorite brands’ HR and Training teams!

A 5-time award-winning Certified Master Trainer and Speaker, Amber speaks to audiences worldwide about Multi-generational Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Business Acceleration. She currently divides her time between Nashville, TN and London, UK where AAE teams are located.
